Beautifully remodeled and relaunched in Spring 2025, the property features a newly reimagined cedar Barn, a covered Pavilion, open-air Terrace, and dedicated getting-ready spaces for both the bridal party and wedding party. Saddle Woods Farm hosts weddings, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, holiday parties, social celebrations, and private events of all kinds.

Where is Saddle Woods Farm located?

Saddle Woods Farm is located at 9522 Franklin Rd. Murfreesboro, TN 37128, approximately 35 minutes from downtown Nashville in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee.

What makes Saddle Woods Farm different from other Nashville-area wedding venues?

Saddle Woods Farm offers something rare in the Nashville market: a fully reimagined farm and barn setting that combines rustic character with contemporary luxury. The property was completely remodeled in 2025, with every space updated to reflect modern design and comfort while preserving the natural beauty of the 25-acre Middle Tennessee landscape. The cedar Barn’s striking black exterior and bright white interior, the covered Pavilion with wooden beam detailing, the tree-lined Terrace, and the custom fire pit experience set it apart from both traditional barn venues and conventional event spaces. In-house catering through Dream Events and Catering, production through Nashville Lighting and Production, and a dedicated event coordinator are all included.

What event spaces are available at Saddle Woods Farm?

Saddle Woods Farm includes four primary event and gathering spaces across the property. The Barn is the centerpiece of the venue, a newly reimagined cedar structure with a bold black exterior, bright white interior, open floor plan, and modern HVAC for year-round use. The Pavilion is a covered outdoor structure adjacent to the Barn, featuring intricate wooden beams and ambient lighting, ideal for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. The Terrace is a serene open-air space tucked beneath a canopy of mature trees, with a spacious concrete foundation suited for ceremonies and cocktail hours. The Fire Pit area, just off the Terrace, features a built-in fire pit surrounded by rocking chairs, ideal for cocktail hours and late-night gatherings. Every couple who marries at Saddle Woods Farm receives a custom engraved brick added permanently to the fire pit area.

What is the capacity of Saddle Woods Farm?

The Barn accommodates up to 420 guests for a seated dinner and up to 500 for a standing reception. The Pavilion accommodates up to 250 guests for a seated dinner and up to 300 for a standing reception. Combined, the two spaces can accommodate events of up to 500 guests for a standing reception. Contact our team for specific configuration recommendations based on your guest count and event format.

Does Saddle Woods Farm have indoor and outdoor spaces?

Yes. Saddle Woods Farm offers a range of indoor and outdoor settings across the property. The Barn is a fully climate-controlled indoor space suitable for year-round events. The Pavilion provides a covered indoor-outdoor experience. The Terrace area is an open-air space surrounded by mature trees and natural landscape. The combination of spaces allows events to flow naturally between settings throughout the day.

Is Saddle Woods Farm exclusively a wedding venue?

No. While Saddle Woods Farm is primarily known as a wedding venue, it also hosts corporate events, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, social celebrations, and private events. Its private 25-acre setting and versatile event spaces make it a strong option for any event that calls for a distinctive Middle Tennessee farm setting outside the city.

Does Saddle Woods Farm have a bridal suite or getting-ready spaces?

Yes. Saddle Woods Farm has two dedicated getting-ready spaces for the wedding party.
